Tom has been absolutely amazing and has become my go to recommendation for a reliable mechanic. He first came out about a month ago when my car wouldn’t start, and then helped me again today when my AC stopped working. Both times, he was incredibly professional, took the time to clearly explain what was going on, and got everything fixed quickly. His pricing is completely fair as well. He’s honest, thorough, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for a mechanic they can trust to get the job done.

I’d like to start by saying that I was impressed by how quickly Tom resolved the issue. I called, and he came out the same day to diagnose and get my truck running again. I didn’t expect him to be there so quickly and make the repair affordable. Really great job, and what a lifesaver !

Couldn't be happier with Tom's service! He was quick, extremely fair priced, and had great communication from start to finish. He came into uptown, and was able to swap out my battery inside of the parking garage in under 10-15 minutes. Very friendly guy, and would happily recommend him to anyone who needs mechanic work done around Charlotte!

Thomas was amazing! I had a car crisis and I needed my back brakes done asap. When I called he was very professional and very courteous. He listened to my problem and understood the assignment. Before I knew it he was able to come the same day and fixed my back brakes! I will definitely call him in the future. Very reasonable price especially in this economy, Thanks again!
